The role develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external and internal recruitment activities of their assigned team to satisfy the organization's talent requirements. Utilizes extensive knowledge of their clients, industry benchmarking, best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve customer service. The Senior Consultant I embraces complex problem sets and is a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues with less experience.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifies, interviews, and submits strongest candidates to hiring manager (quality, skills and fit)Perform full-cycle recruiting; maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the phases of the recruitment processConsults with stakeholders to deliver an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and the client's talent philosophyParticipates in client/TA projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change)Strong knowledge of skills and abilities (competencies) required for assigned business unitPossesses knowledge of company goals and competitive position; uses this knowledge to influence othersEnsures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when the recruitment process deviates from standard practiceViewed as a subject-matter expert with regards to recruiting; expected to influence clients at an organizational level with regards to all things talent deliveryEducation4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Experience3 or more years of experience (Preferred)Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory duties.Education & Experience (in lieu)In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
