ACTIVITIES:
1. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, coordinate and make statistics on the recruitment needs of various departments, and prepare annual recruitment plans;
2. Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system;
3. Use various recruitment channels to publish recruitment advertisements and seek recruitment agencies;
4. Recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement;
5. Conduct pre-employment testing and resume screening;
6. Make full use of various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
7. Establish a reserve talent selection program and talent reserve mechanism.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Educational background: Human resources. Management or related major is preferred, university degree or above
2. Experience: more than 3 years of corporate recruitment experience or more than 2 years of headhunting experience
3. Familiar with the company's recruitment process and various recruitment channels; Familiar with computer operation office software and related personnel management software
4. Good interpersonal relationship, strong sense of responsibility and dedication; High sensitivity and certain judgment ability; Outgoing personality, good professional ethics and professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, good sense of teamwork;
5. Language skills: Proficient in spoken English, Chinese reading and writing is preferred
