Recruiting Supervisor

**What you'll do**:- Quality check and post internal and external job postings- Track and manage new hire start dates and communications- Enter, update and maintain data integrity in recruitment tools- Develop and implement training programs**Requirements**:- 2+ years of recruiting experience required- 1+ years of supervisor experience managing a team to meat deadlines- Experience tracking metrics and reporting to management- Efficient time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple high priority projects- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) a must- High sense of urgency and capability to meet high demands when necessary- Business process oriented with a focus on facilitating and improving team collaboration- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to find solutions, achieve results and deliver a great, effective and efficient service- Desire to challenge and develop your skillset on an ongoing basis**Benefits**- IMSS 100%- Vacations (after the first year)- Christmas bonus- Paid Training- Weekends off- Mexican Holidays offYou will also be eligible for any additional employee benefits that the company may provide in the future.
