Recruiting Supervisor

**What you'll do**:

- Quality check and post internal and external job postings
- Track and manage new hire start dates and communications
- Enter, update and maintain data integrity in recruitment tools
- Develop and implement training programs

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of recruiting experience required
- 1+ Years of supervisor experience managing a team to meat deadlines
- Experience tracking metrics and reporting to management
- Efficient time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple high priority projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) a must
- High sense of urgency and capability to meet high demands when necessary
- Business process oriented with a focus on facilitating and improving team collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to find solutions, achieve results and deliver a great, effective and efficient service
- Desire to challenge and develop your skill set on an ongoing basis
