This is not a Work from Home position**Roles and responsibilities**:You will be supporting End-to-end recruiting to fill open positions.**What you need to be successful**:1-2 years proven experience in recruitment strategies, preferably within Customer Care environment.Previous use of competency assessment toolsProficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Understanding of Recruitment 3.0 - online job boards, online CV searches, networking & internet data miningStrong relationship, presentation, and communication skills, including an advanced understanding of the English languageBachelor's degree preferred.
