As a Recruitment Administration Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step.
Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication, and facilitating the onboarding process.
You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
We are looking to hire a recruitment administration coordinator to support our client in Monterrey.
Advanced knowledge of Spanish, English & Portuguese. Key AccountabilitiesWhat you'll be doing: Managing various administration activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely mannerManaging various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment processUpdating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensuring data accuracy at all timesCompleting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as requiredManaging the customers' needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the clientBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessaryCompleting daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when requiredSkills & ExperienceYou'll need to demonstrate: Good written and spoken English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Bra) language skillsGood communication skills including telephone mannerGood planning and organizing skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and ExcelTeamwork orientatedTask orientatedOtherEvery one of us plays a pivotal role in our success, whether engaging directly with clients or shaping the value we add behind the scenes.
