This is what we do. Talent is our world.****The Role**:To provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.**This role will require someone to work onsite at the Monterrey client site at least 1-2 days per week and the AMS Monterrey office 2 - 3 times a month.****Key Accountabilities**:**Performance Accountabilities**:- Data accuracy- Completion of tasks within agreed timescales- Compliance to policy and procedure- Completion of mandatory trainings- Customer satisfaction/working within Service Levels**Key Responsibilities**:- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.G., test or referral management, and ad hoc reporting or process review etc.- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.E. pes vendor) and other account stakeholders- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes- Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary**Skills & Experience**:**Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:- Proficient English business communication skills, written and oral- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:- Previous experience with scheduling interviews, offer letter creation, and onboarding process management.**Other**:We're a fast-growing, equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
