You will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.**Accountabilities**:- Managing and update all applicant tracking systems involved on the accounts (Including but not limited to; checking off approval matrix and closing off as last approver)- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.- Managing inbound and outbound helpdesk calls; taking ownership for each query to resolve it within agreed SLA's- Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required- Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required- Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.- Proactively manage the customers' needs and expectations by working directly with the client, internal business areas and third party suppliers.- Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.- Work to the service levels agreed with the client- Support the rest of the team on an on-going basis and working as part of the team to achieve targets and goals- Provide administrative support in other areas and work on ad hoc client projects as required- Assist delivery teams with the induction activities of providing support in the provision of documentation and the scheduling/arrangement of venues- Proficient in a number of HR & IT Databases- Manage high level and detailed Excel spread sheets- Provide process improvements when necessary**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Administration role- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel- Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner- Office experience with a busy and challenging administration, support role or customer services environment- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.E. ATS) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
