Recruitment Analyst

Overview:
**Job Description**:
This position is responsible of recruitment and selection process for the site.
- Receives and analyses resumes
- Manages and develops different recruitment sources
- Collects the New Hire Employee's information for his personal file
- Assists with human resources administrative functions, such as maintaining files, data entry.
- Orientation courses for new hire employees.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:

- 1 years of experience in recruitment processes (all levels)
- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under difficult conditions
- Accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Intermediate English level
- Administration / Psychology degree
