Recruitment Analyst

Overview:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our HR Team.
This professional will be responsible for prospecting Candidate Databases, Developer Platforms, and Job Boards with the objective of finding relevant candidates.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible of recruitment and selection process for the site.
* Receives and analyses resumes* Interviews candidates, applies different selection filters and evaluations* Manages and develops different recruitment sources* Collects the New Hire Employee's information for his personal file* Assists with human resources administrative functions, such as maintaining files, data entry.
* Orientation courses for new hire employees.
