Recruitment Coordinator - Home Office

We are looking for a full-time Recruitment coordinator for a company located in The United States in the Health Care Industry. This person must be proactive, reliable, highly organized and with an outstanding English level.Job Responsabilities:- Assist Recruiters in sourcing and developing a recruitment strategy.- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through different channels.- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes- Assiting with onboarding and training.What we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related field.- Advanced English level both written and spoken.- At least one year of proven experience in a recruitment roll.- Experience doing recruitment for staff in the medical field is a plus.What we offer:- Gross salary of $20,000 to $25,000 pesos a month. depending on experience and aptitudes.- Home office bonus of $800 pesos a month.- Mexican Law Benefits.- 100% remote positionPay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Reclutamiento: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Inglés Avanzado (required)Work Location: Remote
