Talent is our world.**The Role**:**The general hours for the role are 7am- 2pm****Key Accountabilities**:- Posting job requisitions as per agreed process methodology across internal and external systems.- Ensuring job requisitions are compliant with client and government standards.- Coordinate large scale activities in hiring events.- Creating offer letters using the client's HR systems and obtaining the necessary approvals. Ensuring all information is accurate and all supporting documentation is provided.- Initiating and monitoring onboarding activities as per client process.**Skills and Experience**:- Fluent in Spanish and basic English skills (listening, writing and speaking)- Previous administrative experience- Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role.- Previous recruitment or onboarding administrative experience e.G. generating employment offers.- Strong written and verbal skills.- Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.- Degree level education or equivalent preferred.- Permanent recruitment search experience gained ideally within life sciences, clinical, pharmaceutical, engineering or Manufacturing sectors.- Minimum 1-2 years full cycle recruiting experience in tech, biotech or related industry preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related industry required.**Other**:At AMS, different is not just good, it's valuable.
