**Responsibilities**- Post job ads on our social media platforms, website, and online job portals- Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants- Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and managers- Draft offer letters for new employees**Requirements**:- Graduates or near-graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and general knowledge of how Applicant Tracking Systems work (can train on specifics)- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must.- Excellent organizational skills- Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills- Experience in a junior HR role will be considered a plus but is not requiredCity:Mexico City
