We're sourcing for Recruitment Manager with experience in Talent Acquisition Management that are ready for the next big step of their carrier and that are willing to take upon the huge challenges we have ahead.
**Requirements**:
Must have 3+ years managing full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company.
Must have 3+ years managing recruitment staff.
Must have 3+ years hiring sales staff
Foreign people will be considered (willing to relocate in México City)
English advanced (we will have interviews in english as part of the process)
We are not looking for Human Resources Manager, we are looking for RECRUITMENT Manager only.
We offer:
Salary from $ 65,000 to 70,000 gross monthly
Quarterly bonus of 100% of salary
Law benefits
Workplace located in Miguel Hidalgo, México City.
