.Recruitment Manager - Latin AmericaMexico CityThe IWG Recruitment team is responsible for hiring talent across all countries in IWG. In this role, you'll have responsibility for leading and overseeing all recruitment across Latin America, ensuring we recruit to the highest standards and meet business expectations for time, cost, and quality. Key areas of focus include:Managing and delivering high-volume recruitment activity as well as senior corporate recruitment activity, ensuring a high-quality service to both candidates and internal clients.Acting as a subject matter expert and point of escalation where needed, advising on best-practice resourcing and providing solutions to business and market challenges.Building relationships with senior management across a range of countries.Adopting a data-led approach to decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates via a multi-channel approach that ensures we hire the best candidate for each role, in a timely and cost-efficient manner while enhancing our employer brand.Interview and assess prospective candidates, providing insight to line managers on capability, fit, potential, and motivation.Influence and engage stakeholders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and depth of understanding of the organization.Manage and oversee the end-to-end process for activity in the respective markets (internal and external).Partner with our off-shore Global Recruitment team to ensure a seamless end-to-end process, and apply a continuous improvement mindset.Work closely with other Global Recruitment Managers and provide a level of guidance and leadership to the wider team.Maintain the agreed service levels with the business and ensure stakeholders are aligned on expectations.Network externally to bring new ideas and initiatives back to IWG to improve our approach.Ensure the recruitment system is updated and maintained in a timely manner to ensure recruitment metrics are accurate and robust.Required Skills, Experience & QualificationsWe are looking for a driven and customer-focused recruiter with a demonstrable track record of high-volume or large-scale hiring in a fast-paced environment. Experience of managing full life cycle recruitment campaigns across multiple countries would be a distinct advantage.The following experience and skills will be highly preferred:A detailed understanding of selection tools and methodologies.Proven track record of delivering multiple recruitment campaigns across different disciplines to tight deadlines while managing senior stakeholders.Expert knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies.Experience gained either in-house or in an RPO/agency environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail.A positive, willing, and can-do attitude.The ability to prioritize and work under pressure.Strong influencing skills.Highly resilient.Strong team player
