Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Continuously improve Recruitment process and improve the abiliting in talent sourcing, attraction, selection and integration in order to satisfy the human resources need. Support local HR to effectively manage hiring requirement.- Follow up Recruitment strategy, cooperate closely with headquarters as well as the local business/ HR to work out the yearly recruitment plan- Lead some staffing related project and activities, for example Hella campus recruitment project to enhance recruitment channel and improve working efficiencyAnalyze the effective channels to select/recruit senior level positions- Contact with talent centers, headhunters and employment agencies to set up long term recruitment relationship- Improve Hella recruitment guideline and process, support local HR team to choose the effective methods to select different level staffs as well as maintain the on board staffs- Develop strong recruitment team by setting up role model, sharing personal experience etc.- Define and implement HR targets and policy in line with company business strategy and related legal regulations- Efficiently develop recruiting systems, channels, methods to satisfy company's talent needs- Manage and coach staff's daily performance- Provide the job description to own department employees to ensure that they understand and perform according to the requirement- Solve people issues in order to maintain the morale of the team and motive team perform**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:- University degree in HR, business administration or related major- 6 years working experiences within the automotive industry, including 3-4 years focusing on recruitment- Experience working with syndicates, with collective contracts, regulations and compensations -must-.- Advanced English and experience in SAP is a must.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (desirable).- Excellent leadership, organization, structure, critical thinking, communication and negotiation skills.- Open thinking, empathic, proactive and dynamic person.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.Miguel BeltranPhone:
