**Key Accountabilities**:

- Developing, implementing, and managing proactive and reactive attraction strategies for your client.
- Using a data led approach, tailoring your recommendations and monitoring return on investment (ROI) to inform and develop ongoing strategies.
- Leading on, delivering, and analyzing effectiveness of client and Attraction projects in line with objectives e.g., budgeted cost per direct hire, source mix, ROI.
- Delivering performance data in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Developing stakeholder relationships with AMS colleagues in Sourcing, Insights, Media Buying, the wider Attraction team, and key client stakeholders.
- Creating and / or reviewing content to be used for campaigns, social strategy, and advert copy.
- Supervising, mentoring, and promoting best practice to junior colleagues, as required.
**Knowledge**:

- Leading technical and market knowledge in developing recruitment marketing plans.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, attraction strategy, programmatic advertising, and communication methods Commercial awareness and understanding.

- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategy.
- Leadership skills with the ability to provide support and guidance to junior colleagues in projects.
- Stakeholder management skills with ability to challenge key stakeholders, negotiate and persuade them to move forward with a best practice approach.
**Experience**:

- Experience within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency or in-house environment (recruitment or marketing) is desirable.
- Experience of presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of leading attraction / recruitment marketing projects.
- Experience of analyzing ROI and using the data to inform future strategy.
- Budget management and ROI analysis.
