Recruitment Specialist

**PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Assist with new hire integration & onboarding- Support HR communications (internally and externally) ensuring alignment to our Core Values and strategy**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS**- Create and post requisitions for job openings; Conduct pre-screen interviews; Schedule and manage interviews from initial meeting through the panel interview process; Conduct pre-employment skills assessments and background screenings.- Report on any issues of concern.- Special projects as needed.- Preform compensation analysis**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE**- Working knowledge of HRIS (UKG) and other hiring resources/websites- Basic knowledge of Employment Laws and Practices.- Knowledge of recruitment and selection programs and best practices, and related tools.- Advance English**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**- Effective communication skill- Stress management- Customer Service Attitude- Focus on results- Decision making- Sense of urgency- Simultaneous management of 2 or more activities.- Adaptability and flexibility to different work environments**EXPERIENCE**- 1+ years' experience with recruiting**EDUCATION**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
