Recruitment Supervisor

**Description**:**This position is fully onsite in our centro or playas office in Tijuana. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.**What you'll do:- Quality check and post internal and external job postings- Track and manage new hire start dates and communications- Enter, update and maintain data integrity in recruitment tools- Develop and implement training programs**Requirements**:- 3+ years of supervisor experience managing a team to meat deadlines- Experience tracking metrics and reporting to management- Efficient time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple high priority projects- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) a must- High sense of urgency and capability to meet high demands when necessary- Business process oriented with a focus on facilitating and improving team collaboration- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to find solutions, achieve results and deliver a great, effective and efficient service**Benefits**:- IMSS 100%- Vacations (after the first year)- Christmas bonus- Paid Training- Weekends off- Mexican Holidays offPay: $7,000.00 - $20,000.00 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:- 22000, Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- recruitment supervisor: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
