Recruitment Supervisor

**What you'll do**:- Quality check and post internal and external job postings- Track and manage new hire start dates and communications- Enter and maintain data integrity in recruitment tools- Use of task management tool to manage day to day requests- Display a strong understanding of processes and tools- Develop and implement training programs- Track metrics for employee performance**Requirements**:- We are looking for someone who has the passion to develop their career within HR and Talent Acquisition. We are looking for a team member who has experience in a fast paced, highly collaborative working environment- 2+ years of recruiting experience required- 1+ years of supervisor experience required- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) a must- Especially well-organized, detail oriented and process driven- Ability to problem solve and pivot in a dynamic environment- High sense of urgency and capability to meet high demands when necessary- Business process oriented with a focus on facilitating and improving team collaboration- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team to find solutions, achieve results and deliver a great, effective and efficient service- Desire to challenge and develop your skillset on an ongoing basis**Benefits**- Health- Dental- Vision- 401K
