**Responsibilities**- Create job post descriptions.- Posts jobs online.- Schedule interviews- Onboard and train new and existing hires.- Create and manage reports.- Conduct weekly accountability calls with customers (English and Spanish).- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Specs**- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish- Computer with 8GB RAM, i5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration.- Over 1 year of work experience in Human Resources
