**What are the main functions?**
- Calculation, input, and review of payroll incidents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Personnel administration, including maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and record management.
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on hiring highly skilled operators.
- Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law to ensure regulatory compliance.
**What requirements are important for the position?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Advanced English
**What experience do we require you to have?**
- Previous experience in human resources functions, including payroll, personnel administration, labor relations, and recruitment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a staff of 50 individuals.
