Our media teams work on creating and programming unique and authentic content that inspires and engages our consumers.Areas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:REGIONAL APPROACHBuild the regional strategy around the Creator Marketing Program.Ownership and education for all tools used for onboarding, training, communicating, and monitoring creators.Work closely with markets and global teams to ensure that all are working efficiently and accordingly to the global strategy.Strong focus on guaranteeing seamless and credible product integration to the everyday life of our creators across the region.Support all areas of the business from Product Expert Program, Sports, Culture, Brand, On Premise to help amplify existing marketing initiatives that align with their interests.COUNTRIES' SUPPORT:Works with markets to find the right creators' profiles and workflows for all the different tiers of the program.Be responsible for educating all markets/regional teams, while serving as a subject matter expert for the topic across the entire business.Maximize local creator's initiatives into our regional channels.Related to this positionPrevious experience working professionally within the Creators / Social Media Influencers industry or related businesses, media and event production.Good knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene in LATAM.A history of working with creators, contracts and content creation as well as dealing with brand partnerships.Clear understanding of global entertainment, creators' industry, including legal.Good marketing and country's relationship understanding (people, habits, trends, etc.
).Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc.
