The Customer Service Operator uses different information systems to capture transactions made through the red phone and attends to different aspects related to the same service.-Duties and Responsabilities--:
Provide service in a respectful manner Attend to calls related to the authorization of payments using guidelines established by the Company Gather data and information related to the authorization of order payments made through the Red Phone, and renew contact registrations according to the processes establishedby the Compallow up on transactions by making calls to clients, agents, beneficiaries, and payers, if required. Draft notes explaining tllow up process and possible issues spotted Communicate in a cordial and effective manner with other departments whenever necessary, based on the processes defined by the Company. Transfer calls to other Departmentll orms required by Legal Dept. and Compliance Dept. whenever required. Report system problems or problems with system-s tools to supervisor--Qualifications--:
