This role involves managing all aspects of our referral program, including the creation of referral promo codes, monitoring payments and progress, and processing referral bonus transfers. You will serve as the main point of contact for students regarding any inquiries related to the referral program, ensuring clear communication and support. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you will be responsible for streamlining workflows and tracking performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of our referral initiatives.**Requirements**:- Strong communication skills to manage student inquiries and interact with various stakeholders.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and ensure efficient workflows.- Problem-solving ability to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows.- Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination.- General knowledge of data analysis to track performance and report key metrics effectively.- Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, Notion, Hubspot and Google Workspace.- Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.What you will do:- Manage tasks related to the referral program, including creating referral promo codes, monitoring payments and progress, and processing referral bonus transfers.- Serve as the main point of contact for students regarding any referral program inquiries.- Oversee review platforms, ensuring company and program descriptions are consistently updated, and respond to reviews in accordance with SLA requirements.- Manage the review collection process across all stages of the user journey, aligned with the overall strategy.- Oversee overall processes for the referral program and review collection, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.What we can offer you:- **Remote**, **part-time** collaboration.- Hourly Payment $12 - $15 USD gross pending aligned experience and skills.- Digital office.
