As a REFINISH COLOR SPECIALIST, you will accomplish technical activities leading to the development of color formulas and provide support in the testing process for either existing products or for the evaluation and testing of new products.
You will report to Junior Product and Training Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To test existing products and evaluate new products to introduce to the market and strengthen the portfolio.
- Develop and follow up on the formulation of new products and colors, based on the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Perform activities in the Training Center for the best use of resources.
- To make known the changes in technology and products, to increase the productivity and profitability of our customers, updating them through training and advice to be given.
- Communicate and recommend improvements in direct processes to the customer based on the products used, focused on continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Technical background.
- +3 years of experience in product development, matching and evaluation of air-drying products and coatings.
- Knowledge and update in automotive refinishing technologies on a basis.
