.**Job Summary**:The Region CFO supports the financial requirements of the region, while taking direction from the Global CFO. Works closely with the General Manager, Region HR Director, and senior members of FieldCore to support growth, drive financial operating excellence, and manage highly complex functional issues. Has overall control and responsibility including strategy and execution for the financial aspects of the region. The position has direct and indirect people management responsibility for teams within the region and supporting COE's to lead team through month end, year-end, and annual budgeting activities.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Provide overall leadership for regional finance staff- Direct ownership and accountability for financial operations or the region- Provide leadership, support and finance guidance to the region leadership teams to assure standards or programs are effectively followed that meet operating budgets, margin metrics, or other financial stewardship goals- Lead the development, implementation and measurement of operating plan and participate in successful execution (Lead SII and Op Plan)- Work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans, direct business partner support of two Region General Managers- Drive financial performance improvement initiatives throughout the regions (cost reduction, capital efficiency, productivity, etc.)- Recommend and influence needed actions to maximize op margins, costs, etc
