Our Sales and Account Management teams are on the frontline introducing our restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.
**About the Role**:
We are seeking an individual to spearhead our business relationships with the most renowned and significant restaurants in the region. This role involves encouraging growth and establishing enduring, long-term partnerships with these establishments.
This role also positions Uber Eats as the top choice in the market!
**What You'll Do**:
- Responsible for the commercial relationship with Top Partners in Uber Eats within the North TU. Partner relationship management and happiness
- Alignment of our strategy execution with partners: be the champion in aligning the strategy and speech towards partners, according to UE strategic needs; ensure we are building a balanced relationship both for them and also for Uber Eats
- Be a trusted advisor, providing insights, consumer and industry trends, and standard methodologies
- Analyze the vital indicators of our partners' business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion
- Crafting and developing an account plan in collaboration with the business partner. Ensuring plans for the achievement of our objectives!
- Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product and being a problem solver for partners and our team
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales, account management, or a comparable role
- Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain dedication from our clients (partners)
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest-value partners
- Proficiency in achieving Upselling & Cross-selling outcomes
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with SQL Basics is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel is preferred
- Strong analytical acumen, accustomed to making data-driven decisions
- Ability to integrate various aspects of the business, leveraging all involved areas and taking action from multiple angles
