Residence in Monterrey or Puebla is preferred, however, disposition to travel extensively is required.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop the market potential for IAS products within all assigned Segments in your assigned zoneWork with local and Division Teams to align global strategies for global customersIdentify the correct IAS solutions to gain market share and increased profitabilityBecome an IAS expert in the process and gain complete product competenceResponsible for Segment strategy and Segment HealthRegular plant visits with customers to develop customer relationsKeep the forecast and leads up to date at all times and documented in the CRM systemCoordinate with internal departments for actions needed for customers/projectsResponsible for monthly Segment/Customer reporting to the Business Line ManagerIdentify shortcomings that affect the sales process, along with your improvement recommendationKeep your CRM database up to date and elaborate client maps in your zoneMeet targets/goals agreed to by the Employee and ManagerTravel domestically as needed along with limited International travelYOUR MISSION: To develop outstanding customer satisfaction and exceed target sales volume for IAS products for a defined customer base and zone.
