Regional Applications Specialist - Latam

**Role Profile**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Giving training of high quality to distributors/sales/end users, given the characteristics of each
- Solve questions regarding instruments/reagents during and after installation
- Share experiences with other Application Specialists/Service Engineers/Sales team
- Create a quarterly schedule of training for distributors
- Support the development of scientific material for distributors and end-users
- Register all support calls, complaints and training to create a database of the most common issues

**Requirements**:

- Detailed understanding of physiological and pathological processes
- Understanding of clinical reactions and instrument functioning
- High levels of interest in learning new techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate with clients and understanding their needs
- Training level and background training Lab Tech
- Language: Technical fluency in Spanish & English mandatory.
Other languages are appreciated.
- Various knowledge: Strong knowledge in Lab industry.
Knowledge in medical laboratory analysis.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
