**Regional Brand Manager****Nestlé Nutrition LATAM**- Dairy Nutrition_Advanced English and Spanish is mandatory.**Position Summary**The Regional Brand Manager it's is responsible for developing and implementing a consistent regional strategy across markets for our recently integrated portfolio of AF Dairy (Affordable + Adults), regarding portfolio reorganization, I&R pipeline, communication strategy, identifying opportunities as well to reach short and midterm objectives.**A day in the life of...**- Lead, develop and implement activities, ensuring sustainable profitable growth including (but not limited to): product and packaging renovation & innovation, new product development, communications, research, including consumer and shopper insight explorations, to fully understand the needs for the brands and the category.- Develops a proposal and executes a strong, functionally aligned regional brand plan, including tracking the performance (Market & Financial), health and strategic alignment of the brand across the different markets and recommending action plans to course correct when needed. Propose and execute PFME investment.- Contributes to the design and implementation of an I&R pipeline, interfacing with all stakeholder areas to ensure consumer centricity, alignment, viability and feasibility.- Manages packaging design agencies and respective workflows for our brands, interfacing with all functions/ individuals responsible for providing information or assets required for the project success. Responsible for ensuring all parties involved in adaptation and artwork production have the required inputs to deliver accurate files, on-time following brand and packaging guidelines. Ensures artwork adaptation with the countries.- Responsible for ensuring a flawless Idea to Lunch process across the Zone, with strong interaction with project manager.**What will make you successful**- Minimum 8 years' experience in management in GD areas: Marketing / Sales / CDT- Experience in regional/global management.- Experience working in cross functional teams.- Fluent English (written and spoken).- Communication Skills.
