**Description**Manage the Indirect sourcing / buying team for Molex Mexico sites, delivering best in class procurement experience, spend management, and savings.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Collaborate with Indirect Category Managers, NPD Sourcing, Division Sourcing, Procurement operations to ensure objectives are met to support plant revenue and cost objectives.- Lead negotiations of supply agreements with local suppliers.- Understand and monitor industry's best practices and technology trends, with the goal of spend management, price reductions and negotiated savings.- Delivery world class performance to Procurement KPIs through leverage of eProcurement tools and through business process design.- Manage internal business relationships and gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements. Manager external partnerships critical to meeting objectives.- Manage governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets and comply with corporate and regulatory policies.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years strategic sourcing / procurement experience.- Preferred in area for indirect spend.- Experienced in managing a team.- Demonstrated experience driving cross functional collaboration across business units and geographies.- Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.- Hands on experience in sourcing / buying process.- Self-driven and motivated even with remote reporting structure.- Excellent communication, project management & relationship building skills required. Demonstrated proficient interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Understanding in Category Management & supporting their strategy.- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite required; proficiency with-sourcing tools and ERP system required.- Bachelor's degree
