The LATAM Client Management Executive will be focused on driving client satisfaction, ensuring initiatives are delivered as well as maintaining and developing the client relationship, and identifying and delivering new opportunities. This role requires a strong knowledge of the travel industry and an understanding of GBT's products and solutions, as well as a strong operational background.
The Client Management Executive role is to grow and increase the non-transactional revenue through a combination of exceptional relationship management and consultative sales skills and develop a sophisticated ability to synthesize client needs and identify innovative solutions.
What You'll Do Developing an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and the driven position of the client. Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews. Proactively recognize risks, identify an action plan and coordinate mitigation actions with Traveler Care leaders. Maintain and share industry knowledge with clients, especially key themes such as sustainable travel, responsible travel, and NDC. Maintain and increase client web of influence. Ensure service delivery is as per contract, through important metric and SLA measurement. Increasing profitability by proactively identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative solutions that continue to contribute to our clients. Develop creative pricing strategies and contribute to ongoing client P&L management. Develop client innovation forums, including agenda ideas and content, guest speakers, panelists, and facilitators specific to driving premium revenue. React to changing client needs and be prepared to flex to new projects. Handle internal and external communications with regards to GBT specific projects such as changes to client-facing or back-office IT system changes. What We're Looking For Bilingual English - Spanish is a must. Must have 3+ years of account/client management, DAR, sales, or consulting experience required. Previous experience with global clients. Previous global service delivery/account implementations experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts. Keen ability to communicate GBT's value proposition up to and including the "C Suite". Demonstrated ability to create strategic vision, build action plans, and set goals. Shown innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to project management, prioritization, and planning skills. Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset required to leverage the key drivers of profitability. Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to successfully navigate through client organizations. A sophisticated range of communication and presentation skills to present complex ideas in a simple and compelling way to a wide variety of audiences. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required. Project Management skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to travel 25% of the time. Location Mexico
