Today, we operate manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia and Austria, with a workforce made up of close to 23, spirited people, all driven by the deeply held belief that at work, as with life itself, it's not about the destination; It's about the journey.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership and direction for the effective business operation of the assigned region.Develop and implement successful commercial strategies (planning, marketing, network development, etc.) for the region to achieve company goals and objectives for accelerated growth (retail, wholesale, market share, customer satisfaction, dealer development, etc.)Assume full P&L accountability of the region.Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, targets and goals.Achieve the zone's Wholesale, Retail, PAC, Network Development targets and market share objectives through leadership of the zone and management of the field-based team.Provide dealer/market-specific feedback and input regarding tactical and strategic opportunities.Utilize the Regional Action Plan (RAP) and District Action Plan (DAPs) process to identify strengths and weaknesses of key markets.Build, develop, mobilize, manage and lead a high performance team.Effective and strategic communication with the team and distributor network to ensure alignment of global BRP priorities and values.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSSuccessful supervisory and sales leadership experience with strong track record of performance.Experience managing sales in Latin American countries a must.Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others.Education:Bachelor's degree in business or similar.Experience:Min. 5 - 10 years' experience in field sales experience preferably within the powersports, marine, automotive or AG industries.Language:Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.English written and verbal (Min: 80%).Knowledge of French or Portuguese would be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
