Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**JOB SUMMARY**The Regional Communication Leader is mainly responsible for the development and execution of regional communication projects, leading multidisciplinary groups, to disseminate communication throughout the organization using printed and electronic media, social networks, etc., that impact employee engagement and help achieve the company's objectives.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Strategically develops and manages internal and external communication programs to support Jabil employees and business needs.- W ork closely with the Corporate Communication teams to strategically align the business objectives with the leadership group.- Directs the planning and development of materials that adhere to brand standards and style guidelines including: writing, editing, and directing the production of designs, presentations or promotional items, customer testimonials, and videos.- Drives the launch of new programs and communication campaigns for target audiences in the region- Manages the planning, design and annual execution of projects, tasks and resources required for the Communication area- Provide communication and knowledge in project management and deliverables of regional corporate communication solutions.- Develop a strategy for communication at all levels of the organization.- Serve as a consultant to innovative solutions to complex problems with leaders within the region.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**- Knowledge of manufacturing environments.- Excellent communication in English and Spanish.- Content generation (text, video, and photo writing)
