Regional Creator Marketing Manager

Our media teams work on creating and programming unique and authentic content that inspires and engages our consumers.RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:- Previous experience working professionally within the Creators / Social Media Influencers industry or related businesses, media and event production.- Good knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene in LATAM.- A history of working with creators, contracts and content creation as well as dealing with brand partnerships.- Clear understanding of global entertainment, creators' industry, including legal.- Good marketing and country's relationship understanding (people, habits, trends, etc.).- Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc.), presentation and motivational skills.- Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things.- Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a team.- A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly.- 25 - 50% work time travel availability (varies along the year).- Team player, creative, communicative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, relaxed, genuine, networker innovative and self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and focused on delivering results.- Fluent English and Spanish- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar areas.
