- Development and management of commerce media strategy to effectively deliver upon client objectives and targets, acting as point person for strategic performance and e-commerce media initiatives; bringing innovative media ideas
- Work with the client leads to establish an operating processes and ensure best practice for ongoing management of campaigns and ways of working/process across the team
- Provides strategic thinking and direction for TCCC commerce growth.
- Present to senior clients and take accountability for strategy implementation and campaign performance
- Managing and leading the strategy for the performance, D2C and e-retail channels, delivering on short term and long term plans, including delivery against budget.
- Maximising ecommerce sales performance through effective day to day recommendations to increase conversion, AOV, promotional activity and minimising customer bounce rates.
- Working with the activation teams, making tactical changes to adapt to market conditions, ensuring the client's business and agency team are at the forefront of the industry and gaining competitive advantage at every opportunity.
- Driving optimal impact with new product launches working hand in hand with lead planners to create fully integrated multichannel plans that drive commerce success
- Partnering with the analytics and data strategy functions to analyse channel performance and provide guidance on future investment.
- Provide thought leadership and POVs on industry innovations to client stakeholders
- Lead evaluation and selection of media technology tools to improve commerce driving media efficiencies.
- Coordinates and/or facilitate trainings for Commerce Activation Team and Planners,
- Client budget management for each campaign; oversee and monitor current spend and final spend forecasts while balancing against campaign objectives and goals
- Coordinate timely and accurate reporting for clients based on objectives and KPIs
- Manage coordination of proper invoice tracking and reconciliation per media vendor, in relation to overall budget
- Ability to integrate within a cross media cross functional client team

- Have experience of working in an online trading or Ecommerce position at Head of OR Senior Manager level.
- Have a vast track record of successfully growing online sales performance through effective media and website strategy development. As well as delivering on budget and long term strategy.
- Have experience of utilising methods to improve ecommerce performance at the forefront of technological advancements and will immerse themselves in future options.
- Have experience running A/B testing, performing in depth analysis and utilising analytics tools and interpreting to the benefit of commercial performance.
- Have a keen interest in the product and category they have worked with, and have a great understanding of the end customer and market behaviour and able to adapt to changes.
- Be an exceptional senior stakeholder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels.
- Have amazing commercial acumen and constantly looking for significant yet realistic performance improvement.
- Be a great team leader and people manager with the ability to galvanise and build a brilliant team which is both technically and culturally in line with the agency and client values.
- A proven track record in defining and leading large client relationships across ecommerce and ideally, full commerce on fast moving B2C accounts
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, in a multi stakeholder and fast paced environment and meet deadlines
