Manage the construction of the plant from the foundation phase. Manage a team of 5 direct reports including site supervisors and project managers. Manage staff, coordinate and supervise engineering projects. Communicate continuously in English with teams in the US. Deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders. Apply general project management skills including risk analysis, scope and change control. Use time and budget planning tools for projects between €5 and €10 million. Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and oversee business transformation processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
