All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.YOUR ROLEManage the construction of the plant from the foundation phase.Manage a team of 5 direct reports including site supervisors and project managers.Manage staff, coordinate and supervise engineering projects.Communicate continuously in English with teams in the US.Deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders.Apply general project management skills including risk analysis, scope and change control.Use time and budget planning tools for projects between €5 and €10 million.Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and oversee business transformation processes.YOUR SKILLSDegree in Engineering or related discipline; mechanical or electrical engineer an advantage.Previous experience in plant engineering from the start-up phase.Experience in consumer goods, electronics, or similar industry.Advanced knowledge of English.Leadership, people management, and presentation skills.Knowledge of project management and budgeting tools.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
