_**The Regional Engineering, Lean and Innovation Manager**_ **position will be responsible for achieving leading performance in planning and execution of Engineering and CI projects through the deployment of highly efficient processes, regional capex management, effective resource allocation, high safety standards, integration of standardized tools and engaging cross functional teams.**- Lead the Regional Engineering and KPO Community to implement, establish, standardize WCM projects, engineering processes, fostering a culture of engagement & motivation based on knowledge management and capability development.- Directly manage the pool of Engineers and KPO department and Support/Coach the regional team to promote best business practices (BBP) within JZ Campus.- Responsible to coordinate all Lean Manufacturing activities in JZ Campus, as well as initiate innovation activities focused in all manufacturing areas.- Accountable for the management, selection and performance of 3rd party Eng./Maintenance contractors to support the design and delivery of projects within the region.- Design and support sustainability roadmaps in order to improve our energy consumption performance and seek for green initiatives as zero landfill.- Ensure an effective team and individual communication, recognize and promote achievements- Provide expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business in business improvement, drawing from proven industry practice and methodologies- Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success- Define, develop and publish business improvement process documentation to reflect best practice.- Undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects and to support wider change.- Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events.- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.- Produce written reports and make presentations.- Undertake continuous training and development.- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors- **Qualifications and Experience Levels**:_- Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.- Master Degree desirable- Bilingual English/Spanish- Black Belt in Six Sigma or equivalent qualification- Strong background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments.- Background in people management and project management- Strong background in innovation, automation initiativesWork Location: In person
