Individualmente somos talentosos, pero juntos somos imparables.About the role:You are responsible to provide guidance and professional expertise to support implementation and management of company:How you will contribute:Partner with site level operations to provide overall support and leadership of corporate EHS management system, structure, standards, policies, programs, and metrics to ensure regulatory compliance:Establish best practices and pursue continual improvement within the assigned facilities. Assists in execution of strategic plans to achieve overall business objectives while promoting and demonstrating the core values of the Company.:Mentor, develop and coach SiteEHS and facility teams to drive EHS strategies within the assigned facilities including implementation, review and updates of site:Specific EHS programs. This includes supporting and assisting Site EHS where necessary and assisting site leadership in recruiting and training EHS Manager and Coordinators.:Development of critical safety standards, monthly learnings, EHS alerts, best practice sharing, Vitamins, newsletters, webinars, etc. Keeps abreast of all regulatory changes, updates and works with Site Level EHS personnel to ensure applicability determinations.:Assists Site EHS in activities requiring EHS expertise to ensure due diligence such as new acquisitions, implementation of new equipment, processes or major renovations, investigations of severe injuries or fatalities, pending or threatening enforcement actions or claims against ABL arising under EHS laws and regulations. Act as liaison between facility personnel and external parties (consultants, attorneys, etc.) of the assigned facilities.Qualified Applicants will have:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent:8:10 years minimum in EHS in manufacturing:Well:Rounded experience in multiple disciplines:Environmental, health, safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response:Strong knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001 management system standards, jurisdictional laws and regulations:Be able to manage multiple assignments effectively, be self:Motivated and organized. Be passionate about people and have a desire to create positive change.:Key traits include strong communication skills, ability to lead/work within a team, problem solving ability, excellent project management skills, passion for people and desire to create positive change.:Desktop computer skills (MS Office); ability to learn and use data management programs and EHS platforms.
