Why CompuCom? (Overview):**A Regional Finance Analyst (RFA)** is responsible for delivering business advisory services to client teams throughout the lifecycle of a contract. Our professionals are accountable for accurately setting up contracts in the company's ERP Accounting System, monitoring the financial performance, identifying key drivers to improve business results and presenting analysis and advice to internal client leads. The RFA primary corporate finance activities include accurate financial reporting, revenue recognition, forecasting, cash flow optimization, and financial analysis.Works independently on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. Normally receives general instruction on routine work, detailed instruction on new assignments. Participates and or leads team initiatives, focusing on **collaboration **and **inclusion **within the Finance Community.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):- Financial reporting and analysis.-- Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations to determine present and future financial performance-- Revenue Recognition-- Account set up in ERP Financial and Billing Systems-- Month end close activities including accruals, adjusting journal entries and variance analysis.Who You Are (Qualifications):Minimum 2-3 years experience in related fieldType of Experience:- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to research root cause of financial performance.-- Strong Excel skills, including an understanding of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/SUMIF functions-- Experience performing budgeting and forecasting functions.Language Skills:- EnglishTechnical Competencies:- MS Office Skills with Advanced Excel skillsCompetencies:Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and organizational skills-- Ability to work independently and as a team member-- Demonstrated leadership skills-- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting-- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
