Descripción de la vacante Main activities: Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgeted figures.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure alignment of financial resources with business objectives.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements according to IFRS and USGAAP.
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
Manage working capital and optimize cash conversion cycles.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Perfil del candidato Non-negotiable requirements: At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a must.
Advanced oral English is a must.
Previous experience reporting in IFRS and USGAAP.
Significant experience working with SAP erp.
