Job Description: High Radius Finance Functional experts with conceptual and practical in-depth knowledge across Order to Cash, these roles are considered as subject matter experts with a strong techno functional domain knowledge.
Partnering with cross functional teams in order to deliver end-to-end solutions for the business. Gathering requirements and costs for IT unit discretionary process. Troubleshooting complex issues, managing projects of high complexity, scope and risk. Training power/key users as required and providing a framework for knowledge management.
Managing and delivering continuous improvements, deploying new functionality, coordination of system testing and configuration for new units/entities, delivering communications within and across multiple business segments/units.
What are we looking for?BA/BS degree In Finance and Accounting
Project Management certification desired
Digital Transformation and Automation experience
At least 7 years of Finance Experience
Strong working knowledge in SAP Order to Cash, Business analysis and system implementation experience
What will be your key responsibilities?Act as a key owner of the knowledge, ensuring knowledge retention and will drive users' tool adoption Perform an analysis of system functionality and suggest improvements Regularly monitor and understand HighRadius new product feature releases, assess benefits of having them and provide input into Change Management Process Represent in-house Solution Functionality expertise; Provide consulting to High Radius projects and implementations about existing functionality, partnered by the AM Functional Expert Act as authorised personel from MARS side for change requests to HighRadius (access provisioning, revoke, change request submissions, configuration changes, etc.) Is the link between end-users (SFO) and ASD SPOCs Responsible for request/incident prioritization in Scrum meetings with HighRadius and MARS DT Represents the requirement of the end-users when it comes to Continuous Improvement.
