As an REGIONAL GROWTH INITIATIVES MANAGER, you will drive to organic business growth by developing growth strategies in the region's markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consolidate tracks several and lead projects related with the critical initiatives conducted within the company, presenting results to management team.
- Coordinate Growth Project Deep dive at regional level, and assist upper managers to have a clear understanding of the market and their characteristics across the region.
- Build a link with all of the SBU's and functions to improve their growth strategy in the region.
- Coordinate and drive regional portfolio review and supervise progress.
- Mentor in the implementation of the strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Administration, International business, economy sciences or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project and dashboards management, paint industry operations including marketing knowledge.
- Proficient in English
