Regional Head of Business Development Discover the role Leads Regional Business Development team to grow TMF business by delivering sales targets and identifying future growth opportunities. Leads the implementation of growth strategies for the Region with an In-Out approach, by leveraging TMF resources and identifying key third parties to partnering with. Key Responsabilities Owns the Regional Sales Team Target (ACV). Owns the Target for the respective Region (inbound and outbound). Identifies TMF growth opportunities and leads regional growth strategies' development, implementation, and execution with an In-Out approach. Ensures collaboration among TMF resources to achieve growth on new logos and existing clients. Identifies key third parties to partnering with. Creates and maintains meaningful relationships with intermediaries and other business partners. Owns the Regional sales forecasting process and provides accurate and appropriate visibility to different stakeholders across TMF. Leads and contributes to the implementation of Sales discipline, Dashboard's adoption and any other Global New Process in the Region, promoting a collaborative growth mindset across the Global Sales Team, with the aim to achieve and exceed targets. Works as a team-player with Regional and Market Heads of BD across the whole sales team to ensure global deals are successfully won. Outlines and prepares a sales strategy for the Region. Can establish meaningful collaborations with the Heads of Service line / practice and Regional Business Heads working as a team player, to ensure that Global initiatives, go to market plans and Strategies are implemented within the sales team. Develops his/her team members to grow as professionals. Accountable for improving Engagement Scores of his/her Regional Sales team members. Leads or contributes to hiring and developing talent within his/her team. Inspires and reinforces TMF Culture and Values. Key Requirements Relevant experience in similar roles, leading a Commercial regional team. Experience in Sales Leadership of medium - large team of sellers and sales managers in multiple jurisdictions. Ability to collaborate and to drive results in a matrix environment; thrives in a fluid environment without the need for rigid structure. Excellent client-facing and presentation skills. Strong People Leadership skills. Strong strategic thinking and dealing with ambiguity skills. Strong analytical, accuracy and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Office Suite. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
