Ensure the quality of the regional payroll services granting the correct payment of the game changers. Analysis of the department information to take strategic decisions. Update the documentation and the internal process of the department to increase the efficiency of the attention.

**Activities**
- Supervise the payroll process to optimize the estimation time and implement new work methodologies.
- Administrate the Key performance indicator of the department to archive the short and long terms goals.
- Coordinate the improvement of the payroll information system, to archive the department KPI.

**Requirements**:

- Accounting degree with license.
- Advance English skills (Fluent Communication level)
- At least 3 years working as Head of Payroll
- Advance use of Excel
- Result oriented.
