**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for HR Systems
- Acts as the liaison between Cosma Group HR teams and Magna Corporate Systems Administrators to ensure ongoing continuous improvement of system effectiveness and the timely resolution of problems.
- Supports divisions in preparation and loading of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) and creating custom reports as required.
- Ensures ongoing communication to end users regarding system updates/releases, as well as new functionality.
- Liaise with external vendors to escalate system issues.
- Manage various worker business process transactions, ensure accurate submissions from end users and educate managers to adhere to HR systems best practices.
- Assist with ongoing communication to end users regarding system updates/releases, as well as new functionality.
- Responsible for the effective data management and system administration requirements for Success Factors and Workday systems.
- Troubleshoot user issues through Matrix42 ticketing system and elevate to Magna Corporate Systems team as needed to resolve issues.
- Create, run and schedule simple to medium complexity reports, as required.
- Understand and be familiar with the existing business process flows.
- Administer and audit user security access for HR systems.
- Assists with projects and other duties as required.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Minimum Post-Secondary Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field of study.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Fluency in Portuguese is an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources Systems experience working within a progressive, fast pace working environment.
- Experience with Workday and SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environment or Magna Operating Division is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing and improving HR processes including data systems and analytics
- Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects.
- Ability to assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) needs, risks, and issues.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate globally with cultural awareness/sensitivity (virtual teamwork).
- Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation/training skills.
