Leads and supervises all Indirect procurement activities, sourcing strategies, execution and compliance for the Baja Region in alignment to the sites' requirements, needs and objectives.Activities:- Overall responsibility for MRO, Indirect Material, Services and Compliance activities.- Manages the regional execution and performance of Indirect Purchasing process thru a Team of Indirect Materials Buyers in 3 Sites.- Drives Cost Reduction and Process Improvement initiatives for the Region (3 sites).- Owns the Regional Indirect Procurement communication strategy.- Supervises the execution and performance of the MRO Integrator.- Drives and define the right Inventory management strategies to ensure availability and low capital investment.- Develops and maintains top level relationship with key suppliers to drive cost reduction and ensure availability.- Define training and development programs to strength team competences.- Assure 100% compliance to the Internal Control Policies.- Manage and Control all contract negotiations for sites' service providers.- Keep Record of all contacts and manage the renewal process for sites service providers.- Creates the strategy and initiatives, partnering with other functional areas to deliver productivity on annual basis aligned to business targets.- Being a role model, living and demonstrating the company's values.- Leads the execution of actions to enhance employee engagement.- Creates a learning organization thru mentorship and coaching.- Instill problem solving skills and confidence to lead and perform at all levels.**Requisitos**:- University Terminated (Title) - Engineering / Business Administration.- Minimum 5 years of experience on indirect procurement, MRO purchasing and Supplier Development.- Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) - Desired- Advanced English Level (large vocabulary conversational and fluent conversation).- Oracle 11i- Experience in Supplier Sourcing and Development.Thank you for your interest!
