NXP Business Line Advanced Analog (BL AA) is a leader in automotive, industrial, IoT and mobile semiconductor solutions. BL AA Central Marketing is responsible for deploying go to market strategies globally to increase our market share in collaboration with the BL AA Product Lines, NXP Sales teams and Distribution Network.
**Job Summary**:
NXP Business Line Advanced Analog is actively pursuing a highly energized individual for the role of Regional Marketing Manager. In this role, BL-AA is looking for a person who can engage with customers, NXP's sales teams and NXP's distribution partners to drive new business identification, provide training and support towards closing new design opportunities.
- Drive marketing activities & business development for America's industrial, IoT, medical, and computing markets via our franchised distributors and catalogue distributors.
- Coordinate and execute an effective Mass Market distribution Go-to-Market strategies aligned with Product Lines, companion Business Lines for cross-selling, and the NXP distribution sales team.
- Secure mindshare and commitment from franchised distributors with initial focus on catalogue distribution partners for executing our GtM strategy.
- Engage with NXP sales and distributors on target customers penetration plan.
- Regularly visit targeted priority branches throughout Americas region for customer engagement and distributor branches training.
- Become the go-to-person supporting our NXP and distributors' sales and Field Application Engineers on our analog & sensor portfolio; support product training request and customer calls.
**Key Challenges**:
- Grow our distribution sales & market share faster than our direct sale and competition; be customer focused with a passion to win.
- Understand a large product portfolio of analog and sensor products to adequately market them to our distributors. Interact with the BL AA product teams to align on mass market strategy, report on key opportunities, and help needed.
- Collaborate with a global BL AA organization with our regional sales organization, and coordinate with Edge Processing MCU/MPU colleagues.
- Manage customer and distributors meeting virtually and also in-person with travel plans.
**Job Qualifications**:
- BSEE required; MSEE and MBA desired.
- Customer focused mind-set.
- Strong technology marketing skillset.
- Experience driving semiconductor business through distribution channels.
- Experience interfacing with field sales and closing design wins.
